A simple rubber ring solved the conversation from 45 year old plumbing to modern repair. Bless you 🙏. Husband thought R n R was still in business but so pleased with Ferguson after husband spent almost two hours with Home Depot employees who were not able to help. FOUR of them. Not at all expert, sorry 😔

It would be great if a business didn't hang up on me multiple times. Hold for 15 min at a time just to be hung up on!!

NOTE: Saturdays are not open on the showroom side! Wish we knew before we drove an hour out of the way. Tried calling prior to leaving but no response. My review is purely on the hours not the service. Will try to go back a different day

Working with a personal sales rep at Ferguson was so helpful and Kristina talked through all the details with me. She helped guide me on plmbing choices in my 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Be sure to make an appointment with her as she is their only sales rep at this location. Highly recommend working with her!

I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. Three phone calls to the store and all I have are apologies and promises but not the item I ordered. It would have been here over a week ago had I ordered on Amazon but wanted to shop local. So much for good intentions. I will never shop at Ferguson Plumbing again.
